Description
This QVC Corporate Payroll
Supervisor position supports the Corporate Payroll Manager in running
the day to day activities of the West Chester Payroll department
ensuring that paychecks are accurate and timely.
Additional responsibilities include:
-
processes the weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls for 4,000 employees
utilizing ADP PCPW payroll and Datamatics TC-1 time entry systems.
- supervises a staff of 4 Payroll Specialists including selection, training and development.
- provides critical research, expertise and customer service to internal and external clients.
- responsible for extremely confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Must have 3 to 5 years payroll experience and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
In
addition to strong analytical and organizational skills, must possess
excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent supervisory and counseling skills required.
Must be proficient in PC skills, specifically strong knowledge of ADP including reportsmith, as well as Excel and Word.
