Essential Responsibilities:
• Contributes to completing QVCs annual plan
• Develops and maintains operating expense budget models.
• Reviews monthly P&L and departmental expenses, researches questionable activity and variances, provides summary reports of findings to management, and takes corrective action when appropriate.
• Collects financial and analytical information from the appropriate internal sources for a variety of financial reports including monthly management report.
• Monthly analysis, statistical, and other adhoc reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or an equivalent combination of training and experience required
• 2+ years of financial related experience required
• Strong Excel skills required; SAP G/L and Hyperion Essbase experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reports required.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
