professionals focused on offering small businesses the tools they need
to compete, including Business Class Internet, Digital Voice and TV.
Provide
support for all segments of the Commercial/Business Services Sales
Department in order to facilitate the sales of commercial high-speed
internet, commercial video products, and commercial voice products to
Comcast small to medium sized business customers.
This position requires the ability to interface and interact with internal customers at all levels.
Sales
Support Reps will also be expected to interface with customers for the
scheduling, completion and support of product installations and service.
Duties:
Serve as daily primary point of contact for Inside and Outside Sales Executives in the support of Commercial Sales.
Coordination, research and follow up on all commercial surveys
Monitor and track all construction activity, and construction status
Manage the timely receipt, recording, quality assurance review and filing of customer contracts across all product lines.
Check and complete all Workbench operation functions
Build Customer Accounts in the billing system
Assist with order inquiries, re-scheduling, missed calls, installation issues and others as required
Work closely and develop strong relationships with Dispatch,
Contractors, Field A/Es, and other departments to increase overall
efficiencies and promote information flow.
Develop and generate reports as required
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed
Perform other duties as assigned
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. | | Minimum Requirements | Education:
High
School Diploma or GED or the recognized equivalent work experience.
College degree with emphasis in business or marketing is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years related work experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced PC skills, including Excel and Word.
Cable television or related broadband industries experience a plus
Cable Data, Comtrac and Workbench billing systems experience strongly recommended
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
Organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines with attention to details
