To execute affiliate sales and affiliate marketing initiatives for
Comcast Networks in an assigned territory, under the guidance and
direction of the Regional Director and Regional Vice President.
Networks include E!, Versus, The Golf Channel , The Style Network, G4, AZN, PBS Sprout and other new products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve all established affiliate subscriber, affiliate marketing and Local Ad Sales goals within your assigned territory
•
Develop and maintain day-to-day contact with all cable systems in
territory to further our network relationships and strengthen network
value
• Increase network subscriber distribution with all cable systems in your territory
• Sell-in network affiliate marketing campaigns and local ad sales incentives and promotions
• Conduct network product trainings at cable system call centers and local ad sales offices
• Attend state and regional industry conferences and conventions
• Support and attend local and regional affiliate events
• Assist in the fulfillment of sales and marketing materials for all systems in your territory
•
Maintain accurate database records of all affiliate launches, affiliate
contact information and affiliate participation in network marketing
campaign
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. | | Minimum Requirements | QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of solid sales and marketing
experience, preferably in the cable television industry. Approximately
50% travel will be required with some weekend travel necessary. A
proven track record of exceeding sales and marketing goals. Excellent
public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
