Come join the Human Resources Team for Comcast Interactive Media and help grow CIM into a top interactive media company!
Act
as primary contact for all benefit related inquiries/issues.
Communicate all benefit information as well as process all
benefit-related forms/ paperwork (Education Assistance Program,
Courtesy Cable, Benefit enrollment, etc.)
Administers new hire orientation program and new hire paperwork
Act as primary point of contact for payroll matters to include researching employee payroll questions, changes, etc.
Maintain organizational charts
Assist with payroll paperwork and position offer forms for CIM subsidiaries
Responsible
for the maintenance of all official employee personnel files to meet
federal, state and local requirements as well as maintenance of other
necessary Human Resources forms, reports and records
Assists with planning and coordination of employee meetings and events
Process invoices and tracking budget expenses
Proactively cultivates and maintains strong relations with employee population
Perform other duties as assigned
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. | | Minimum Requirements | • Associates’ Degree or equivalent related work experience. Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Two or more years of administrative experience in a Human Resources capacity.
• Knowledge of Human Resources laws and guidelines as well as recruitment techniques desired.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Access, Outlook or other E-mail application required. Visio experience desired.
• Experience navigating HRIS systems.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Punctual, regular and consistent attendance coupled with the ability to work overtime as needed is required.
