The successful candidate will:

* identify and source product from around the world
* negotiate price and terms
* identify, buy, develop, and execute new products, concepts, shows, brands, and ideas that will be successful in Electronic Retail
* create proprietary brands
* analyze sales trends and track inventory levels so as to action items in a timely manner
* lead, manage, and develop staff

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
* Minimum of 5 - 10 years in a retail environment in a buying function managing open-to-buy.
* Demonstrated experience and success buying Home categories.
*Excellent negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
* Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheets is required. (Excel, Word, Power Point)
