| Job Title: Site Staffing & Planning Manager |

Description
The Manager Site Staffing
identifies staffing needs and implements plans for staffing levels for
Inbound, Outbound, and Returns departments based on site requirements.
The successful candidate will develop, implement, track and monitor
overall attendance and compliance to Variable Labor Programs;
Collaborate with line management and Supply Chain Planning to make
recommendations on call and base budgeted FTEs, staffing issues,
overtime fill rates, etc. This key role maintains employee databases
tracking headcount, FTE and supervisor to representative ratios;
monitors base staffing in all departments and manages the Staffing
Analyst; Monitors and tracks operational results; Prepares statistical
summaries and conclusions for management review; Develops and reviews
action plans with management to address problem areas. Monitors
operational compliance with established department policies and
procedures to ensure constant application. Participates with other
management and supervisory personnel in defining and addressing
department needs, issues, and concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience in staff planning issues.
5+ years of supervisory experience required.
Strongly prefer previous experience in a high volume distribution center environment.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and time management skills.
Expert knowledge of Excel and Access, and familiarity with statistical measurements are a must.
