Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assemble the food according to the chefs food preparation list. Assign duties to the staff related to the chefs list.
• Check inventory for certain products and order the products as needed.
• Merchandise food to enhance customer utilization of the cafeteria.
• Implement appropriate measure for the security and sanitation of the facility.
• Responsible for the cash including security of the funds, counting the drawers and depositing or locking the funds with the manager.
• Prepare catering orders as ordered by the customer at site.
• Assist in training staff and notifies management of employee relation issues.
• Prepares, distributes and reconciles billing associated with catering services.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of related food service experience required.
• Ability to communicate with various levels of personnel along with strong customer service skills required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task required.
